I've grabbed big/littlewigs plus nature, is XPerl much better the CTRaidAssist (which I'm currently using)?

I also started using decursive recently:

http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/details/3011/

Its a low-profile mod which shows each member as a square which changes colour to indicate things such as normal, stealth, etc. But the biggie is when they are hit with a dispellable debuff, it turns bright red and if you click on the block it attempts to counter it (for my priest, left click casts dispel magic, right click cure disease). It worked wonders on the Maiden of Virtue battle, I dispelled the flame debuff at least 8 times using this when we took her down.

X-pearl chages the normal Blizz ui of the portraits and gives them an 3D animated look is very snazzy Very Happy Allso on the raid member boxes it turns the player effected into the colours that are dispellable same as Decrsive but I beleive decursive is a bit more effective I never teid it out yet =) So maybe you may only need X-Pearl, as for CTRaid I think its been faded out to be honest as raid warnings and other stuff can be bradcasted through Blizz Ui/ X-Pearl/Bigwigs so using CTRaid is just another channel to transmit raid info and warnings =) X-Pearl is Fully compatible with CTRaid and uses it as a Helper addon so i have it installed just in case

Do i have to set up x-pearl in anyway, or just DL it and throw it in the add ons folder ?
it's just that i have the icon on my mini map, and it's stuck on the far right side in such a way that i can't get to the "options", i can't move the icon around either !
if i don't have to set it up or adjust it in anyway, i'll leave it as it is.

Okay, you asked for it Smile

I've downloaded X-Pearl, BigWigs, LittleWigs and Nature Enemy Castbar and added them to my addons folder. I already had a load of addons installed so am in the process of thinning these out since some of the functionality is duplicated.

My problem at the moment is that the default X-Pearl interface is very cluttered and doesn't seem to fit in with my FuBar setup very well. After looking at your boss-kill screenshots your setup looks much more streamlined and usable. Any chance you can give a list of settings that need changing in order to duplicate your UI?

Failing that, how about a copy of your Interface folder? Wink

Thanks for going to the trouble. I did try incorporating your interface, but it screwed up completely, I managed to get a sad mishmash of your UI, my old UI, and the default blizzard UI (despite clearing the addons folder before starting). I had to revert back to my original interface in order to do the Raid last night.

I'll probably just use it as a base for building a nice interface I'm happy with. This will have to be done on a quiet night, probably while everyone else is in Kara Wink
